Made-to-measure items also incur an additional charge depending on the complexity of how the garment is made.

Hand wash in water no hotter than 40°C. Do not bleach. Wash separately from other colours to avoid colour transfer. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat or hang to dry, avoiding direct sunlight to preserve fabric quality and colour.

Standard items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the return has been received and inspected. Made-to-measure items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

In-stock items will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

We aim to dispatch pre-order items within 2 weeks.

Made-to-Measure garments will be dispatched within 3 weeks after the design and measurements have been confirmed.
