Each garment is thoughtfully crafted, whether it is ready to ship, available for pre-order, or made to measure. Please read the information below regarding our shipping process.
Shipping Locations
We currently ships to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. At this time, we do not offer shipping to countries within the European Union (EU).
As an independent clothing brand, we are taking a considered approach to international expansion. EU shipments involve additional customs procedures, import VAT, potential customs duties and associated administrative requirements. We have therefore decided to exclude EU destinations for now while we review the most appropriate arrangements for serving our customers in the region.
We hope to expand our delivery destinations in the future. Available countries and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
Processing & Dispatch Times
In-Stock Items
In-stock items are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after your order has been placed.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order garments are produced in small batches. We aim to dispatch all pre-order items within 2 weeks.
Made-to-Measure
Made-to-Measure garments are individually crafted to your confirmed measurements. Once your design and measurements have been finalised, we aim to dispatch your order within 3 weeks.
Please note that these dispatch times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
Delivery
Delivery times are provided by our courier partners and may vary depending on your location.
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, FANG XING is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, severe weather, customs procedures (for future international orders), or other circumstances beyond our control.
United Kingdom Shipping Fees
We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom.

Orders up to £150: £5.99 shipping fee.

Orders over £150: Free UK shipping.
Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed
International Shipping Fees
We currently offer shipping at selected international destinations.
International shipping fees depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout. Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service where available.

Orders up to £250: £19.90 - £24.90 shipping fee.

Orders over £250: Free International shipping.
Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
FANG XING cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the courier and resolving the issue.
