Welcome to FANG_XING. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
FANG_XING (放行) is an independent clothing brand founded by Chinese designers, with studios based in London and Hangzhou.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "we", "our", and "us" refer to FANG_XING.
2. Products
We strive to present our garments as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
As many of our garments are produced in small quantities or made to order, slight variations in craftsmanship and finishing may occur. These are part of the character of each piece and should not be considered defects.
3. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product unavailability. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Pre-Orders
Selected garments are available for pre-order.
We aim to dispatch pre-order items within 2 weeks. Dispatch times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to production requirements.
6. Made-to-Measure
Selected garments are available as Made-to-Measure.
Production begins once the design details and measurements have been confirmed.
Made-to-Measure garments are typically dispatched within 3 weeks after confirmation.
As these garments are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
7. Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
FANG XING is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Returned garments must be:

Unworn

Unwashed
-
In their original condition

Returned with all original tags and packaging

Made-to-Measure and custom-sized garments cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
9. Product Care
Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment.
FANG XING cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or handling.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, product names, designs, text, and other materials, is the property of FANG_XING unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FANG XING shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
